Social Impact Measurement In Budget Allocations: A Purpose-driven Finance Training Course in Angola

In an era of increased stakeholder scrutiny and a global push for corporate social responsibility, organizations are moving beyond simple profit and loss statements to justify their existence through tangible social good. The ability to effectively measure and articulate social impact has become a critical skill for leaders in every sector. It transforms budget decisions from a purely financial exercise into a strategic tool for creating sustainable value and building trust with customers, employees, and communities. This data-driven approach not only proves the effectiveness of social initiatives but also informs a more purpose-driven allocation of capital.

This five-day intensive training course is designed to equip finance professionals, program managers, and strategic planners with the frameworks and tools necessary to quantify and integrate social impact into their budget allocations. You will learn how to build robust measurement systems, develop a theory of change, and translate social outcomes into defensible data points that inform resource distribution.
