Developing and operationalizing comprehensive national disaster risk management (DRM) frameworks is essential for building resilience, reducing vulnerabilities, and safeguarding development gains. The National Disaster Risk Management Frameworks Training Course is an advanced, policy-driven program that equips government officials, planners, and practitioners with the strategic tools and technical knowledge to design, implement, and evaluate inclusive DRM systems at national and sub-national levels. This course emphasizes institutional coordination, legal and policy alignment, risk-informed planning, and investment strategies in accordance with global frameworks such as the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction.
