Women In Leadership Training Workshop

INTRODUCTION

Perhaps you excel at managing your work and team but need an extra boost of confidence to truly see yourself as a leader. Women bring invaluable skills to the workforce, including a strong sense of responsibility, excellent people skills, and boundless creativity. As more women enter the workforce, their contributions are proving essential to their companies' success. However, stepping into leadership roles with confidence requires knowledge, support, and encouragement tailored specifically to women leaders. This workshop is designed to empower women to recognize their value and develop their leadership potential. Focusing on the unique skills, attitudes, and qualities needed by women in the workplace, this course prepares participants to overcome internal and external challenges. Day Four: Team Leadership in Times of Change

  • Leading productive, energized, and creative meetings

Day Five: Toolbox for the Creative Leader

  • Encouraging creativity and innovation in a team
  • Problem-solving and creativity techniques
  • Continuing learning strategies for future growth
