Introduction:

In today's multicultural society, libraries are essential spaces for promoting social inclusion, equity, and access to information. Inclusive Library Services for Diverse Communities is a training course designed to equip library professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to provide library services that meet the diverse needs of various communities. This course explores strategies for creating a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive environment for all users, including marginalized and underserved groups. Training Venue

The training will be held at our Skills for Africa Training Institute Training Centre. We also offer training for a group at requested location all over the world. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, and buffet lunch.

Certification

Participants will be issued with Skills for Africa Training Institute certificate upon completion of this course.
