Module 2: Creating Projects and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) module

  • Creating and organizing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Adding activities and defining activity types

Module 3: Relationships and Scheduling module

  • Defining logical relationships (FS, SS, FF, SF) and lead/lag times
  • Understanding floats (total float, free float) and their significance
