This course aims
at equipping participants with the skills to appraise and analyze projects. It
relies on the current tools and techniques in managing project risks and
uncertainties to ensure the profit margins are sustainable. The major objective of the course is to
impart participants with the skills to understand the value and practice of
impact evaluation in development economies, to develop and implement impact
evaluation.
