Collaborate For Change: A Public-private Partnerships Training Course in Cuba

Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are a powerful mechanism for governments and the private sector to collaborate on the delivery of essential health services, infrastructure, and technology. By combining public sector governance with private sector efficiency and innovation, PPPs can address challenges like limited public funding, infrastructure gaps, and complex service delivery demands. This training course is designed to provide a foundational understanding of PPPs in the health sector, equipping participants with the knowledge to identify, develop, and manage these strategic alliances for improved health outcomes.

This program will guide you through the entire PPP lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to post-contract management. You will learn to navigate the legal, financial, and operational complexities inherent in these partnerships, ensuring they are structured for success and sustainability.
