However, without a strategic approach to strengthening its core components and a robust mechanism for monitoring its performance, a health system can become inefficient and inequitable. This training course provides a foundational yet comprehensive framework for professionals to analyze and enhance the fundamental pillars of a health system, from governance and financing to service delivery and health workforce management.

This program moves beyond theoretical concepts to focus on the practical application of performance measurement and continuous quality improvement. Training Approach
