This training course provides a critical exploration of the principles and practices needed to lead with integrity, fairness, and a deep commitment to addressing the root causes of health disparities.

This program moves beyond theoretical discussions to provide a practical toolkit for creating meaningful change. Participants will learn how to apply ethical frameworks to real-world challenges, engage with communities as true partners, and advocate for systemic reforms that promote justice.
