Flexible Power Systems Operations In Vre Contexts Training Course in Israel

The rapid growth of variable renewable energy (VRE) sources such as solar and wind is reshaping modern power systems, requiring greater flexibility in operations and system design. As grids integrate higher shares of renewables, balancing intermittency, ensuring reliability, and maintaining economic efficiency become top priorities for operators, regulators, and policymakers. This training course equips participants with the latest technical, economic, and regulatory strategies to manage flexible power systems in high-VRE environments.

With a strong focus on innovative solutions, advanced technologies, and global best practices, the course bridges the gap between traditional power system operations and future-ready flexible grids. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge of flexibility mechanisms, storage integration, demand-side management, digital tools, and market design approaches. Real-world case studies ensure that participants can apply learned concepts to enhance resilience, efficiency, and sustainability in energy systems facing rapid renewable energy penetration.
