Introduction

In an increasingly diverse and equitable society, Educational Leadership for Inclusive Schools has become a fundamental imperative for creating learning environments where every student, regardless of their background, ability, or identity, feels valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. Moving beyond mere integration, inclusive leadership champions a systemic shift, transforming school culture, curriculum, and pedagogy to genuinely embrace diversity as a strength. This approach requires leaders to dismantle barriers, advocate for equitable resources, and foster a sense of belonging for all members of the school community.
