Skills For A Sustainable Future: Green Energy Skills Passport Framework Training Course in Mozambique

The green energy sector is a global industry, but a lack of standardized skills verification often creates barriers for professionals seeking to work across different regions and technologies. A Green Energy Skills Passport framework is a solution to this challenge, offering a clear, verifiable record of an individual's technical expertise, certifications, and on-the-job experience. This system not only ensures a high standard of competence but also facilitates professional mobility, allowing skilled workers to seamlessly transition between projects and employers. Establishing such a framework is critical for accelerating workforce development and ensuring that the industry can meet its ambitious growth targets.

This program provides a comprehensive and practical guide to understanding, developing, and implementing a Green Energy Skills Passport framework. Participants will gain a fundamental understanding of how to design a standardized system that aligns with industry needs and international best practices. The course covers everything from skills taxonomy and digital credentialing to the strategic partnerships required to make such a framework a reality. By focusing on the practical application of these concepts, attendees will be equipped to lead initiatives that not only streamline workforce management but also enhance the credibility and professionalism of the entire green energy sector.
