Traditional M&E training often relies on dense manuals and passive lectures, which can lead to poor knowledge retention and a significant gap between theory and practice. These methods fail to engage learners and adequately prepare them for the complex, real-world challenges of a project. This training course is designed to empower M&E professionals to master interactive M&E learning designs. By applying modern principles of adult learning and instructional design, participants will learn how to create dynamic, hands-on, and engaging training programs that build genuine competence and confidence in M&E teams, ultimately leading to more effective and sustainable projects.
This comprehensive program provides a practical, hands-on roadmap for building a high-impact M&E learning and development strategy. Participants will gain skills in everything from designing case-based scenarios and role-playing exercises to leveraging digital tools for blended learning and evaluating the effectiveness of their training programs. The course is a strategic investment for any organization committed to building the skills of its workforce, ensuring its projects are a force for positive change in a world that needs it most.
